
Ana Sandoval

Ana serves as the chief speechwriter in Spanish for the President of the 73rd Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
She is a diplomat from the Republic of Paraguay and joined the team of the President of the UN General Assembly on a secondment from the Permanent Mission of Paraguay to the United Nations, where she spent five years working among others on issues related to human rights, social, cultural and humanitarian affairs, migration, and reform of the Security Council.
Prior to her time at the Permanent Mission, Ana worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Paraguay at the multilateral department and as the Chef de Cabinet to the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs.
She has law degree from the National University of Asuncion and has completed several advanced training programs in different foreign affairs institutes.
