Terminates the aviation embargo and modifies the sanctions regime originally imposed in resolutions 1267 (1999) and 1333 (2000) by further expanding the financial embargo and embargo to include associates of Usama bin Laden and members of Al-Qaida as designated by the 1267 Committee and imposes a travel ban on the designated individuals and entities to be reviewed in 12 months. Re-appoints Monitoring Group (appointed under resolution 1363 (2001) for 12 months (paras 1, 2, 3 & 9).
