Terminates the arms embargo with regard to the Government of Liberia and imposes an arms embargo with regard to all non-governmental entities and individuals operating in the territory of Liberia for a period of 12 months; renews the travel ban for a further period of 12 months; and extends the mandate of the Panel of Experts until 20 December 2010.
