The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) will hold an extraordinary, open-ended meeting of the Executive Committee, to discuss the Israeli attacks on the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, at the OIC headquarters in Jeddah, on Tuesday, 10 January 2023.
The meeting comes after the continuous Israeli escalation in the occupied city of Al-Quds, and the continuous violations against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, the most serious of which was the Israeli Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir, storming the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque courtyards under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, and in light of the attempts of Israel, the occupying power, to change the legal and historical status of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
