Access for users within UN Headquarters
The Dag Hammarskjöld Library subscribes to many electronic resources, which are available for United Nations Headquarters users only.
Users are able to access e-resources from any desktop computer within UN Headquarters automatically (via IP address). Access is also available on mobile devices and laptops using UN Headquarters Wi-fi.

Access outside UN Headquarters
UN Secretariat staff based in New York can access most resources outside of UN Headquarters. Click here for more information.
Please note that access is not available for staff members in the field without valid grounds passes. DPKO staff members are encouraged to use the Peacekeeping Resource Hub.
Secretariat staff at other UN duty stations should contact their closest library to see what resources are available to them.
