Joseph Dumbula is a Malawian journalist working at the Malawi Institute of Journalism (FM Radio) and Pan African Visions, a US-based magazine. He obtained a bachelor's degree in communication and cultural studies from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College. Joseph’s areas of interest are new media, human rights, environment, politics, arts, and sports. At the UN, Joseph is looking forward to learning more about how nations support the rights of children and women and people with disabilities. In 2020, he was appointed Malawi's World Literacy Foundation Ambassador.
