Exhibitions at the LDC5 will showcase important topics that cover sustainable development issues pertinent to the Least Developed Countries, such as, poverty eradication, health, education, environment, women and girls, and more.

Below is more information for Exhibitors. Exhibitors may defer to this page for updates up until the Conference.

Where are the exhibits displayed?

Exhibitions will be displayed in Exhibition Hall 7 of the Qatar National Convention Center (QNCC).

The Private Sector Forum exhibition area will be located on Level 1 outside the Al Mayassa Theatre.

How long will exhibitions be on display?

Exhibitions are on display for the duration of the conference, from 5 - 9 March, 2023.

The Private Sector Forum exhibitions will run until 7 March 2023.

Do Exhibitors need to be present at the booth for the entire Conference?

Yes, we kindly ask exhibitors to ensure that one staff is present at their booth at all times throughout the entire Conference. The daily hours will follow the programme of the Conference.

How does the booth look like and who pays for it?

There is no rental fee to use the exhibition space. Every exhibition booth is 3mX3m and includes two chairs, a small table, a counter, 1 or 2 screens with access to electrical power free of charge. WiFi is available throughout the venue. Exhibitors are responsible for all other related costs, including production, installation, promotion, and an opening/event reception. Please request the shopping list for prices of additional items.

How will the booths be installed?

Upon approval of exhibitions, all exhibitors will be required to liaise directly with the Professional Conference Organiser on logistics related to installation. The PCO will help to connect exhibitors with local vendors where needed. Exhibitors who have existing exhibitions they wish to display at LDC5 will still be required to liaise with the PCO on installation.

We suggest for exhibitors to bring a laptop and a USB for their materials. Not all TV monitors could play files from USB.

How do exhibitor staff register and gain access to the Conference?

Exhibitor staff must register for the Conference as part of the delegation of an accredited organization, UN organization, or member state. Please defer to the Conference registration page for more information.
