At the Office of the United Nations Ombudsman and Mediation Services, we are here to serve all current and former employees of the United Nations Secretariat. We also have agreements in place to assist employees of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). We provide services to all, virtually or in person, regardless of duty station location, time zone, contract, type of work-related issues, language or cultural preferences, etc.
