Services to Groups and Teams

There might be instances when your team may require a more specific group intervention because of conflicts within the team.

The goal is to engage all participants in a creative problem-solving process to find a solution acceptable to everyone in order to restore a productive work environment.


Conflict-resolution experts can work with an entire group or team grappling with challenges in the workplace such as difficult relationships among colleagues whether as a result of an ongoing or completed change process, a series of crises, toxic staff or management, or following an investigation.

Interventions will be tailored to meet the needs of the group or team as much as possible.

Depending on your situation, the plan to move forward may be:

  • a workplace assessment or a survey to gain insights into the precise situation;
  • a one-time event to help participants understand one another better and decide on a cohesive path forward;
  • periodic facilitated activities to help everyone reflect, gain awareness of their impact on one another, and build trust incrementally; or
  • ongoing action with the group, as needed.
